[JBL Website Committee] Library Draft

Bro. Dave: I like the draft, and I'm planning on sticking it on the library
page pretty much exactly as it is (formatted for the web, but that's about
it). I also like your suggestion on organization- I was planning to
organize it by owner (as it is now), but the most important thing is
probably what book is available, rather than who owns what. Until we decide
on exactly how we want it formatted, I'm going to leave it as-is, though:
I'd rather only reformat it once.

I personally prefer a 1-5 star rating system, primarily for aesthetics: I
think it looks visually appealing, and doesn't look so much like a
spreadsheet slapped onto a webpage. Letting only the owner rate it might be
easiest, though.
