[JBL Website Committee] Library

I figured that for reviews, we could simply link to Amazon or another review
site; members can submit their own reviews if they wish.  I don't expect
that beyond a handful of us that most JB members have any interest in
writing book reviews, but a book review would be extremely helpful when
deciding what to read.  What I thought we might get a little more support
for would be a rating system, perhaps 1-5 stars.
