[JBL Website Committee] minor front page redesign

Looks good enough to me.

I think our existing links should serve the purpose, except change "What's 
Masonry" to your suggestion of "New to Masonry?".

What we should really do sometime is have all of us get together some 
weekend with some frosty beverages to work on the website.  I think our most 
creative ideas will come out in a group environment.
